How do we get to the Hotel from Heathrow?
- There are taxis which will cost roughly £60.00
- Trains run from Heathrow to Reading where you will have to change to get a train to Newbury.
- Coaches can be booked in advance.

Do we have Parking? Cost?
- We do have ample parking at the hotel to the front is disabled parking and to the side and rear of the hotel there is plenty of space for all other vehicles.

Do we allow dogs?
- Unfortunately we do no allow pets at our hotel, only assistance dog will be allowed.

Do we have a gym/spa?
- We do not have a gym or spa on site, however there are ones close by that we would recommend upon request.

Do we cater for vegetarians?
- Yes we do have vegetarian options on our menu, we just ask that we be notified in advance to allow us to take this into consideration beforehand.

How far are we from Newbury Racecourse?
- Around 15 minutes walk and 5 by car.

How far are we from London?
- Around 1 hour and half by train and 2 by car obviously depending upon traffic.

Is River Bar Restaurant open for non-residents for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
- The River Bar is open at all times to non residents, and these do not have to be booked, however we do advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment if we happen to be full. After noon tea has to be booked in advance.

Are non-residents allowed to fish on the grounds?
-Yes, non-residents are allowed to fish on the grounds; however they must report to reception beforehand with proof of a valid fishing license and understand that fishing is only based on catch and release basis only.

Is there internet access in the rooms?
- The hotel has Wi-Fi Internet which is accessible from the rooms.

We are coming to the wedding at your hotel and would like to check in earlier than 3pm, is it possible?
- Check in time is strictly 3pm, we do try our best to accommodate early check in, however this cannot be guaranteed unless the previous night is booked.

Is there a password for the Wi-Fi.? How do you log on?
- There is no password for the Wi-Fi, when you connect you will have a list of options to connect to, best to chose the one that is closest to where you are as it will give off the strongest signal.

Is there a room for storing luggage?
- We do have a luggage store room which is secure and locked, however the belongings are left at the owners risk.
